Phase 1: Consultation & Planning
1. Initial Site Visit & Measurements
We start with a visit to your home or space to take accurate measurements and assess the scope of the project. This applies whether we're measuring for cabinetry, closet layouts, stonework, or floor coatings.
2. Customized Design & Estimate
Based on your goals and space, our design team prepares a tailored proposal that includes layout options, finish selections, and a detailed estimate.
3. Showroom Visit (If Applicable)
For projects like kitchens, bathrooms, or closets, we welcome you to our showroom to explore cabinet styles, stone surfaces, hardware, and finishes in person — with expert guidance.
4. Contract Finalization
Once everything is approved, we prepare a clear contract outlining the scope, materials, timeline, and payment structure. Signing marks the official start of your project.
Phase 2: Material Procurement & Site Preparation
5. Material Ordering
We order selected materials within our scope, including cabinets, quartz countertops, stone surfaces, accessories, and approved finish products.
6. Demo & Prep Work
Our team handles site preparation with care. We manage everything from removing old cabinetry to protecting floors or walls, depending on the service.
Phase 3: Installation & Build
7. Installation of Main Elements
This phase is the heart of your project. where your vision start to becomes a reality.
8. Countertop or Finish Measurements (If Needed)
For projects that include countertops (kitchens, bathrooms, some closets), we return after cabinet installation to take laser-precise measurements for the stone cut.
9. Fabrication & Final Installations
We fabricate any custom elements (like countertops or millwork) and install them. For epoxy, this is the final topcoat application and curing process. For closets or TV units, this may include final adjustments.
Phase 4:
Final Touches & Client Handoff
10. Final Review, Touch-Ups & Cleaning
Once installation is complete, we inspect the entire project, make any final adjustments, perform a detailed cleaning, and ensure everything is ready for use.
